Unipack Polyfoams Pvt. Ltd., have set up a state of the art manufacturing facility at Bangalore for Manufacturing a range of protective packing materials with diverse applications and critical to a large spectrum of industries and end users.

Unipack foam as the name suggests is a very versatile packaging and protective medium with excellent built in features.

Unipack foam is a mom cross linked extruded and expandeed foam product with closed cells. The expanded polyethylene has a fine and uniform micro cellular structure anailable in thickness of 1mm to structure. The process of bonding ensures thickness up to level of 100mm.

It comes in varying densities, forms and shapes for diverse applications e.g. Rolls sheets, planks tubes etc. The flexibility. the productivity and resistance to harsh chemicals and moisture ensures widespread usage from packaging to construction to insulation to sports goods to automobiles etc.

Unipack foam - Special Features

• Protection : The cushioning property and shock absorbing capacity minimizes the intransit vibrations and risk of product damage.
• Flexible : The highly flexible characteristic enables twisting and turning around the product for specific wrap around applications. It resumes its normal shape on removal of the load factor.
• Smooth and Uniform Surface : The soft, light and non-abrasive characteristics of Unipack, ensures resistance to abrasion marks and scratches.
• Moisture Resistance : The low thermal conductivity and near total resitance to moisture absorption makes Unipack foam an excellent insulating and water proofing material - Far superior to the conventional applications.
• Non Corrosice Non Toxic : Unipack foam is inherit to most of the corrosive chemicals like acids and alkalies. It is resistant to fungi and insects and hence can be a food packaging medium.
• Easy Fabrication : Unipack foam lends itself to easy fabrication into a variety of shapes and structures.
• Laminated : Unipack foam can be laminated with aluminium foil paper, PP HM BOPP, Film, Woven Sack etc. For additional Strenghth and protection specific to customer requirements.
